      Pros

      Your voice is heard. If you have an idea, be ready to implement it. Because every idea is considered. Also benefits and employee moral is very good. 401K, equity, good salary.

      Cons

      The days can have long hours. But it's worth it. Not enough staff "yet" to accomplish all of the ideas floating around.
