Cannot think of any pros.

Cons

Literally everything. Won't waste my breath- but just trust me- find somewhere else to work. The headache and disrespect is not worth the horrible pay.

Pros

Full autonomy to teach students. As a teacher you're able to use resources that would fit your students needs. You're not required to use something that doesn't work. Very friendly staff. Everyone made you feel like family.

Cons

Less planning time with your team than desired. You're required to do 2, 30 minute clubs each week after school.

Supervisor was not breathing down my neck; most teachers, staff, and parents were okay to work with; good school hours

Cons

Upper management is not too friendly or supportive; schools lack people with strong leadership roles, esp. to handle unruly students; RTI is not understood and/or followed properly by majority of staff
