- Lot of Politics creeping in recently.

- Growing too quickly and now is unable to look after the career paths of the employees. Also leading to quantity based hiring.
- Unable to move out or motivate poor performers leading to bad team morale within the various teams
- Tokyo is the boss which no one can question. Tokyo teams try to take over work from US teams in an effort to get more work to Tokyo.
- Poor communication and coordination among teams. Information is rarely shared among sites/groups since there is a huge fear of taking over projects by other teams.
- Above all else, the pay is much below market rate.
