Company culture is diversified and excellent with people from all parts of the world Environment and colleagues are great with relationship with business areas when defining projects Challenging projects due to lack of integration between the platforms used on the business applications Good benefits, from subsidized canteen and bar to discount on products, plus an excellent holiday allowance Senior Management is usually accessible and line managers are flexible with estimates and open for ideas on how to better solve a problem

Low salary Long time for plans to kick-off No chance of career progression, even you are good and hard worker Lack of commitment from some colleagues and areas Counterproductive process to get small things done All this cause a high turnover which impacts further the plans made
