Sony Interactive Entertainment evolves and changes to improve not only innovations to become more profitable but I really feel like they care about their employees. They continue to improve processes and policies if they aren't successful. Fantastic benefits package Emphasis on work/life balance Great coworkers - lots to learn from others There is a sense of community to solving problems (lots of support from others) Wonderful company goals that are actually strived for

Cons

At least in my department, meaningful self improvement training budget has been cut which is a bummer. As in many places, opportunities for advancement are limited but there is a balance to be met here between becoming too management heavy but I think SIE does a fair job of figuring that out. I really respect the executive team and believe they have a good vision for the company, however there are some middle managers that tend to play politics instead of focusing on improvements.
