Pros

The mission.... we’re building something that helps people step away from screens and connect with real-life wellness experiences. It feels good to work on something that encourages balance and movement. Diversity and Inclusion are TOP values for this company. The team is awesome. People are not just smart, but kind and genuinely collaborative. It’s the kind of environment where you feel supported and pushed to do your best work. Leadership is transparent and communicative, which I really appreciate. I have not yet felt out of the loop. There’s a lot of change (in a good way), and it means you can make a real impact quickly. The pace is fast but exciting, and the company does a great job making sure people have space to rest — wellness days and clear boundaries are respected. Even though it’s remote-first, I still feel connected to my teammates. There’s a strong sense of community. Benefits are solid and cover what I need

Cons

Things move fast, which can be tough if you prefer a lot of structure. You need to be adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. Career growth isn’t always super clear and depends a lot on your team. There are chances to step up if there’s a business need, but promotions don’t happen just based on time spent in role or success. The company’s growing quickly, so some processes are still evolving — but leadership is open to feedback and actively improving things. Pay is fair but not top market. That said, the culture, work-life balance, and solid benefits (wellness perks, bonus, etc.) help make up for it, but it could be better.

Pros

We have a great mission - i believe that our success is tied closely to good outcomes for humanity Our senior leadership is top notch - i have faith in them and learn from them A fully remote company that values and supports families and parents is a great find.

Cons

Playlist products have achieved market leader status through many years of tough compromises. In that context making progress can take a lot of effort.
