There is a good work-life balance.

Cons

Not a good place for advancing in your career. You have to push your own manager for salary raises/promotions. No clear criteria on how people get promoted. If you enjoy fighting for each salary raise and promotion, it is a good workplace, otherwise not so much. Salary raise percentages are usually less than the inflation of Estonia.
