Pros

Nice office, after work events from time to time, good developers, multi national teams and team members. That's about it.

Cons

Poor upper management that make irrational decisions. Promises and lies to people - in salary increases and job promotions - none of them turn to be true. Extensive overtime treated not like overtime, good people getting burned out due to lack of involvement and care from the management. Not recommending this company to any of my friends.
