Pros

It is my view that Plethora is a Great place to work. I’m surrounded by like minded folks who share the same drive to further grow Plethora to the Operational scale it needs to for continued success. Our business leaders are in fact, executing a successful strategy, that is attracting customers, driving demand for our products and earning us more recognition in the manufacturing world. Simply put, I am honored to call myself a “Plethorian” and share the esprit de corps that is felt throughout the organization. About the CEO.. Simply put, it's his job to keep the doors open, lights on, plethorians employed and grow the business. All four of these measures are a resounding SUCCESS. Plethora will continue to succeed due to its team building environment, culture, talent and drive to succeed.

Cons

A lot of challenges arise when scaling up a business in the start up space. From talent, to process, to training, bi-laterial communication and adaptability to change are all difficulties business such as Amazon, Apple and Google have all felt too. Customer demand drives change. Those changes innovate process and technology. So long as Plethora continues to drive its Mission, there is no doubt in my mind that we will see continued success.

Pros

The leadership team is smart and humble. It's exciting to join a company and have peers reach out and ask for ideas and help for projects. The startup culture is fast paced and allows me to wear different hats. The company has a refreshing amount of transparency, from CEO Jim Quinn on down. Business data, strategies, and plans are shared openly, allowing everyone to understand how they fit into the larger mission and to make the best possible decisions about how they contribute to our success.

Cons

Startups are not without challenges, and may not be for everyone. Issues regularly pop up and require a change of plans.
