- Everyone's goals and metrics are clearly articulated and transparent, including CEO's - Strategies and tactics are open for discussion, but people are empowered to make decisions based on their expertise and judgement and we all roll with it - You are encouraged to ask for what you need to be successful

Cons

- You need to get up to speed immediately, but that is made clear before onboarding

Pros

Amazing culture. The goals are very clear and the company has a true value mission. It is truly rewarding to work at Plexuss. Most importantly I love the management and people here. The company is innovating at a fast rate, yet we never have to work after hours or over the weekend.

I can't think of any.

Independent work, gives freedom in planning your own schedule Coworkers very helpful and motivated Daily meetings give time to be scheduled and know what's going on in the company Nice location, close to BART station if need to use public transportation Gain lots of experience

Still growing, things can change often Can be pretty quiet, people working individually
