      Pay well; many good, hard working people; do very good work; a mostly friendly work environment; many employees have worked for Plote for many, many years; support the local community and charities

      Cliques; many employees do not realize their success depends on Plote's success; many employees are significantly overpaid; "go along to get along"; "don't rock the boat"

      Family Oriented, great co-workers, and support.

      Cons

      Too many hands in the pot. Several operating companies under one name and only one is profitable. Therefore, taking away from raises/bonuses.

      Pros

      Great work environment. The workers are very friendly and down to earth so it makes work fun. You get a taste from different projects so everyday is different.

      Cons

      Your work schedule is very different from week to week. Sometimes you work 40 hours in one week and the next you put in 65. Consistency would be great.
