      Pros

      Plug has a great mission and employs even greater people working toward their goals. I witnessed industry experts doing the impossible every day to improve an insanely complex line of products and processes. PTO is very generous.

      Cons

      In spite of constant challenges posed to manufacturing and research, the largest issue by far is the lack of coherent direction from upper management.

      Lots of paid time off. Easy work.

      Cons

      10 or 12 hour shifts make childcare/transportation and scheduling time off/holidays a nightmare.
