Pros
Friendly colleagues that are willing to teach you when they are not busy, passionate bosses and pretty good benefits for PR agency. Convenient location, good accounts and some office events here and there. Pay is also higher than bigger agencies, office closure between Christmas and New Year. 4 day work week and 1 day WFH.
Cons
Pay is too low for the amount of OT needed. Lots of dirty work for entry level. If you are passionate about PR, then it’s ok.
