100% paid family medical insurance, management team are a great group of individuals who look for great employees.

Cons

In some positions they work long hours, but need to know the rewards of it. Other benefits and PTO could be better and more enticing

Pros

The company's emphasis on finding people who align with their core values means that I get to work with a group of people that are great human beings. Every job has it's stresses and every job sucks some days but if you're working with people that you enjoy being with a hard days work isn't a bad day at all.

Cons

This industry is challenging since emergencies don't always happen at convenient times of day. Sometimes that's a rub on the work/life balance.
