Pros

A great atmosphere in the office. Everybody is committed to doing what's best for both the company vision and their team. People go way and beyond for each other and you can really feel how much people here love what they do. The culture is everything here and having ideas and suggestions is not a bad thing. It's welcomed. Your closest manager makes sure to help you with your career path and there is great transparency in the internal recruiting process. Nice company lunch twice a week and always a fridge full of snacks and drinks.

Cons

The company is growing fast so everybody is helping out here and there when it's needed and when no process is in place yet. So this is something you need to be prepared for if you would like to work here.
