Pros

There were few pros to begin with, and now there are none. Since Aaron S., leadership has prioritised their own profit over the product, leaving nothing worthwhile to call a pro.

Cons

The last two years have been disastrous for the company. Leadership had no vision then, and they still don’t have one now. A lot of time has been wasted without delivering value to customers. Instead of focusing on what users actually need, the last few years were spent merging entities and overengineering systems. As someone who has used PS for years, it’s disheartening to see things fall apart like this. Most people have no clarity about their work or its impact, they’re just doing tasks to stay employed and receive a paycheque. This is happening globally across teams. My advice: Stay away. This ship is sinking fast. If you have no other option, join with a one-month outlook at best.
