- Hyper growth start-up phase in Dublin - Excellent benefits (unlimited PTO, dental & healthcare, pension [with employer matching contributions], tuition reimbursement, wellness reimbursement, equity etc... - Working with really smart people, to solve complex problems in an environment that thrives and fosters on collaboration - World class local and global leadership - A product and company that is creating it's own niche industry - A place where you can bring your full self to work - Work/Life integration is encouraged - A company where the core values are valued in how people show up and behave, not just words on a poster

Cons

- None so far, but when I do come across some, these are opportunities for improvement

The Positive energetic culture is really great and unlike anything I have experienced previously in Dublin. Great people who live the company values and Mission daily. Good benefits, including health with dental cover , stock, pension, and unlimited PTO. Work life balance is also respected here. The company also moves quickly and decisions that help drive business forward get made quickly which is refreshing. Fantastic Platform which offers a world class product offering that customers love.

- Incredible benefits and work/life balance - An amazing product that customers love; one of the most killer internal creative and brand teams that make me proud to rep Pluralsight - We're solving interesting, real-world problems and are on the cutting-edge; I have learned so much about today's top tech trends while here. - I truly believe that the majority of Pluralsighters are here to have a positive impact on the world and do what's best for the company. - Leadership quickly implements change. As our remote workforce grows, the response to remote challenges has been fantastic. - I have seen a conscious effort from leadership to promote diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Like any high growth tech company, there are growing pains. We move fast and we're not afraid to pivot. Sometimes, this can create ambiguity. But success is what you make it. If you do your part, you can have impact and excel.
