Pros
I recently joined the Revenue Strategy at Pluralsight to spearhead the analytics set-up and have had a blistering start to my journey. The best part of the journey has been the transparency in OKRs - the Org level OKRs were shared in Jan and we are given meaty problem statements to solve. The leaders are approachable, and are just a slack away, all of the people who you get in touch with are wonderful to work with. Another important aspect I liked is that we tend to have weekly 1:1 with your managers, your career track is taken with utmost sincerity. No wonder Pluralsight is able to achieve this feat with hardly 1200-1300 employees.
Apart from work, we have great perks. You get Unlimited PTOs, a home office set-up reimbursed for $200, wellness benefits up to $50 a month. Whenever you visit office, you have a Vendiman machine to grab your favorite snack.
Cons
If your team is new, work life balance might slightly be off. But the best part is the managers and leaders care about your WLB.
