I have worked at several high growth technology companies and this is by the far the best culture I've been able to be a part of. The mission and values are embedded into everything the company does which is hard to do when you are growing so quickly.

Cons

If you need structure or processes this would be a challenging environment to be in. The good part about the lack of structure is you have the ability to shape the company and help them grow.
