Aside from having a wonderful culture around the office Pluralsight makes sure the employees are happy. Within the office we have a fully stocked kitchen, a weekly "Family Lunch", and a relaxed atmosphere. Currently there is no policy for time-off so employees have the opportunity to have a complete work/life balance. There is provided arcade games, pool table, foozball, and ping pong. Each friday a group of employees set up a sound system and perform live music in the lounge. All in all a great place to be.

Coworkers are happy to help on another and successes are celebrated by everyone. Sharing ideas and contributions from the team is expected and appreciated.
