Pros

As this is an E-learning company, I am constantly learning. I have some great mentors as leaders who are constantly looking for improvement. The compensation is fair, and there have been plenty of opportunities to grow.

Cons

I can't think of one thing that is a con about this company. If you can call explosive growth and occasional growing pains a con, I suppose that would be the closest thing.

Pros

Aside from having a wonderful culture around the office Pluralsight makes sure the employees are happy. Within the office we have a fully stocked kitchen, a weekly "Family Lunch", and a relaxed atmosphere. Currently there is no policy for time-off so employees have the opportunity to have a complete work/life balance. There is provided arcade games, pool table, foozball, and ping pong. Each friday a group of employees set up a sound system and perform live music in the lounge. All in all a great place to be.

Cons

Currently there is nothing that fits in a cons list.

Pros

Pluralsight is the BEST COMPANY on the PLANET! Not only a friendly work environment, Pluralsight cares for the success of each employee both professionally and personally. Coworkers are happy to help on another and successes are celebrated by everyone. Sharing ideas and contributions from the team is expected and appreciated. Most of all, I am treated like a professional with the autonomy to perform my duties in a way that matches my individual style. Pluralsight has just 2 company rules: Do what's right for Pluralsight, and Respect one another. Pluralsight actually treats employees like professionals. With this comes some amazing benefits, including unlimited personal time off, flexible work schedules, recreational activities, free lunch Wednesdays, 401K match, paid medical and dental insurance, snacks and drinks throughout the day, and plenty more. If you are tired of being led by carrots or beaten with a stick, look to Pluralsight for a career you will appreciate every day of the year!

Cons

My only issue with Pluralsight is the 10 lbs of weight I have put on since I started. I better spend a bit more time at the gym after work. (Oh yeah, did I mention Pluralsight pays for the gym membership too?)
