Pros

Amazing people, amazing product, great customers, family/work balance, fabulous culture, the executive truly care about the employees, very generous, unlimited PTO, generous salary, given all of the tools to succeed, weekly lunches provided, as well as a fully stocked fridges and treat wall, open and encourage new ideas and life-long learning.... I could go on and on....

Cons

We are a growing company, with that comes slight growing pains, but we work through it and just become better and better.

Pros

Exceptional pay, and a culture that promotes cooperation and creativity. There are only 2 rules at Pluralsight... Don't be a jerk, and do whats in the best interest of Pluralsight. Unlimited PTO, and insurance premiums are paid by the company.

Cons

Honestly, none that I can think of.

Pros

Great culture, great people and a great management team with open door polices (even though we have no doors), no PTO policy, benefits are completely paid for by the Company, the coolest office ever, everyone is treated as a true professional, transparency, and all the flexibility you could ever want in a Company.

Cons

I have no complaints about this Company whatsoever.
