Pros
Flexible working - I am UK based but spend time in the Dublin office frequently. I have a lot of autonomy in my role and it is varied something I enjoy. The leaders I work with have long tenure so we know how to bring out the best in each other! We are a multinational organisation of quite young people - even at C - Level. This makes for a forward thinking and dynamic leadership. We get a lot of access to leaders and a lot of information - more then in any previous role I have had. We are good at celebrating people as well as wins! It is a fun place to work, but you need to be performing
Cons
There have ben a lot of changes - I enjoy change, not everyone is as positive. People have lost their jobs and this has caused tension. We hire for character as well as skill and this does not always pay off - not everyone makes the cut. We have a lots of new people at C-Level they are very focused and not always as aware of how people feel about the depth of change.
