Pros

Vending machine water dispenser wet wipes

Cons

Unstable nature of the company. Hired 32 interns, at the last month informed that non of them will be converted to FTE due to company budget issue. Employee keep leaving the company, which makes the team unstable and hard to work.

Pros

Sodexo, good benifits like health insurance, summer Fridays.

Cons

You get the negative vibes from day 1. Ultra micro management. You don't know when you will be asked to leave even after giving all your time to the company. Unnecessary escalation, day in and day out. Possibly, it might be one of the companies you have worked, that don't have a proper planning in place. No work life balance at all. Join at your own risk. I do not recommend.

Unstable company

Pros

salary, work life balance and perks

Cons

The internship offered some learning, but the “performance-based” conversion promise was misleading — no interns were converted, with budget issues given as the reason. The company feels unstable, with frequent leadership changes, layoffs, and someone leaving or getting fired almost every month. Decent for short-term exposure, but not reliable for long-term growth or stability.
