The company is not handling the acquisition well and does not communicate with the employees. There are no merit pay increases and no bonuses at the corporate level; but if you are on the senior management team, this rule does not apply-one department was given a bonus by mistake and had to give it back!!! The training and development provided is way below what other companies offer, so you must invest in your own education and training if you want to succeed in your profession. Within departments, directors often reprimand subordinates in front of others and conflicts are not handled welled or settled; often because lower level employees are being worked to death. Terrible benefits/retirement programs As a result of these issues, turnover is very high and management does not seem to want to keep employees but would rather run through people like tissue paper. In one department, they ran through 8 employees during the course of three years (not senior management of course!) - this is a BIG problem.

Need to hustle a little bit at first but if you stick it out, it can be worth it.
