Pros

very nice locations to work at. the positions are good. The environments and staff themselves are great to work at and with.

Cons

no room for growth or salary increases, especially if you're a receptionist. No incentives to motive employees who aren't on the in-crowd.

Great environment to work in. The gym members are awesome and for what you do the pay is really good. Personal training salary is also great and one can supplement their income with training. Once your at Plus One you are at the top. Lots of entry level jobs always available

Cons

Horrible benefits. No company 401k match, health benefits are ok. Unless your in the "in crowd" there is no advancement. Past experience doesnt count for much. and unless you know someone promotions are not offered you must apply for them. Yearly reviews are either never given or extremely delayed and yearly raise if lucky is 2%.
