FMS certification, insurance is horrible, They do not reimburse you for milage. Honestly i felt used. They only needed me when people didnt show up or they took PTO

Great to get your foot in the door for corporate wellness and fitness

Pros

Depends on the site, but you get access to the company’s Amenities such as food, snacks, meals, fitness center, lounge rooms. Great pay and environment with a good community of employees. Moving around for employment opportunities is open, and they send weekly emails of open job positions. Benefits when you are Able to work full time.

Cons

Takes time to move upwards in management. Pay can be stagnant, but it’s consistent when compared to jobs with commissions based pay.
