Decent base salary for entry level position. Plenty of educational resources available via the company's online platform. Great environment to hone personal training skills.

Cons

The on-site manager can make or break your experience here. Also, a big thing going for this job was an annual education stipend for certifications or other pursuits and the opportunity to bump your salary by progressing through levels in a program they called "Clinical Progressions". Unfortunately, that program no longer exists, making pay increases few and far between
