      Being able to have consistent clients on a regular basis for Personal Training was great.

      I’ve been with +1 management for over two years and they have really good benefits

      High turnover, however I’m loyal and stuck it out. Also I wish and hope in the future they did career counseling to help you advance.

      - Free meals (occasionally) - Free Coffee and Creamer

      Cons

      - It's a really small company and drama starts quickly - There are a lot of ex-cons who work here and they are all amazing people but there is a lot of drama and rumors that get started. - The manager here is a wonderful person but she does not stick to her word and she has a bad rap for yelling at people.
