Where do I start? Complete lack of communication to anyone below a GM position. Anyone whose an exercise specialist can pretty much assume that they will never directly communicate with their regional director. All programs are pre-uploaded and there is no room to customize to your site. They are also the exact same year-over-year which makes things boring for employees and members. There is zero room to grow within company- ES reviews are not looked at or discussed with directors, we are not allowed to take part in any of the committees which help produce content, and trying to move into a different role is impossible. I've applied to at least 5 positions within the company and have heard back from a grand total of one. As an internal candidate this is disrespectful. Reasoning for not being moved into a manager level position (despite over-qualifying) was due to lack of excitement in my voice during the phone interview. Regional directors offer zero help to employees who want to grow and improve.
