I love helping people and I enjoy working for this company. The work is challenging which has helped me grow and learn new skills.

Cons

They do not have a strong training program, they do not help us with education outside of work. I would love to learn more but they do not provide any type of college reimbursement.

Pros

Easy job as a trainer. No need to prospect since they feed you clients to fill your schedule. No working on holidays or weekends. Great networking opportunities. You get to enjoy many of the perks of Facebook employees, such as, free food.

Cons

The management team and corporate seem to be very disorganized. Management has a hard time answering basic questions around time and labor concerns, benefits, and professional development. Corporate was only slightly more knowledgeable, but extermely understaffed as only 1-2 people will lead one department for the entire company nationwide.
