-Can always make more money by personal training*

Cons

-Very very difficult to take PTO due to lack of coverage, which you are expected to arrange yourself -*The ability to teach more classes/personal training sessions varies by regional manager policy, not company policy -The company isn't growing fast enough for career growth into management positions. They would rather give regional managers more accounts than they can handle versus creating new regional manager positions.

The current site that I work at is filled with good staff and clientele. Employees overall are nice to work with and actively seeking to better themselves and their site
