Pros
This is a good company, overall. CHQ leadership has its heart in the right place and really looks out for their people. Local leadership really determines your experience. Advancement from ES level is good, once you hit GM though, opportunities for advancement and/or additional development are limited.
Cons
Pay is low, especially considering the educational requirements. Depending where you're located, it may or may not be sufficient. Benefits are pretty good, thought they might get better when Optum took over but nothing has really changed there. The layer between CHQ and sites can be frustrating. CHQ does not get a clear picture of the sure level experience. Multiple choice questionnaires do not allow anyone to share anything real, only to rate things on a scale. Not terribly effective.
