Career advancement is encouraged. I started as a part time and have moved to Sr. Management in 5 years.

Cons

Organizational structure is a mess since the Optum take over. Things take 10x as long to get done. There is no direction on anything. Clients are starting to see the lack of organization. You never feel like you are working directly with anyone. There is no effort to form co-worker relationships.

My experience at Plus One has been enjoyable so far. Management is flexible but lets you know what is expected. The company is well known in the fitness industry and has plenty of sites in the Tri-State area.
