Team members and local employees are great, and always willing to support each other. Always work to do, competitive pay.

Cons

Dysfunctional leadership from the very top. No clear direction or priorities. "Ready, Fire, Aim" mentality. Continuously expected to do more and more with less. No support from executives. Legitimate work issues are seen as excuses and disregarded.
