International mobility, access to the management , good ideas to heard and adopted, very fast

Cons

Some lack of Standardization of process may impede the fast growth. But it is continuously evolving and that's were all employees have room for suggesting changes and make a dent.

Pros

Provides opportunities to start an international career from scratch. The Application Engineering Team is also very supportive and people are easy to reach. The broader role of the Engineer was also to be at the interface between the sales team and R&D bureaus, but also between the Chinese and Western work culture

Cons

Due to the company size, most of the managerial positions are locked and climbing the hierarchical ladder can take lots of time. The Application Engineer position's aim can be somehow ambiguous as some managers may want the Engineer to stay focused only on his first role while others would like him to be more involved in the broader business
