Pros
There are many advantages to working for Poclain, but the culture is what really stands out. One of their values is people, and across the globe, it shows. People are not treated like a number here, they are encouraged to be a part of the team, grow with the company, and help others grow as well.
Cons
Working in an international company, one needs to keep an open mind, and try to understand different viewpoints in order to effectively work with people from other countries. This isn't really a negative, per say, just something to keep in mind when working with multi-national teams. It can be extremely rewarding and positive to look at things from a different vantage point.
