      - Good office - You might make some good friends - Some CS managers are really trying to make it better

      Cons

      - As an Account Manager, you’ll feel more like an expansion AE. - Management find it funny if you outsell the churn that you earn by neglecting customers. - Your book of business will have been passed around by the dozen other Account Managers that quit in the last year and customers will ask you why Podium staff quit so much. - Remuneration is good but AMs still quit so quickly because the stress isn’t worth it.

      Product, Leadership, Sales Org, Compensation amazing. During my three years at Podium I grew so much as a professional. Eric is incredible and a great leader and put in place an amazing team and product to make sure everyone wins. Than is the best sales leader In the game, he inspires work ethic and dedicated to building a world class sales org. Jordan Reid best manager I have ever learned from and been under. The amount of raw natural talent of the reps there to learn from and grow is endless. If you have the opportunity to work there and sell an amazing product do it soak it in.

      Cons

      Can feel cut throat and difficult at times and be extremely challenging mentally trying to compare yourself to some of the legends there. Alex, Chase, Nord, Sam, Bryce, Mikey..many more.
