      You get to sell an awesome product and be surrounded by so many awesome leaders. The best thing to me about working here is you get rewarded for hard work and there is a clear promotional track to promote.

      Pros

      I’ve worked in B2C for 2.5 years, and Podium trusted me with this role despite having no prior B2B experience. In just 6 months, I’ve learned more than I could have imagined, and I’m already pacing toward the SDR3 role, just a few steps away from my ultimate goal of becoming an SDR manager. Podium has supported me every step of the way, whether it’s been learning, making a ton of money, or growing in my career. If you’re a hard worker, Podium not only rewards you for your effort, but they reward you more than you’d expect.

      Cons

      Honestly, the only con imo is that if someone's okay being ordinary or not willing to go above and beyond, Podium isn’t for them; lazy or sit-back mindsets won’t survive here because every rep here strives to grow.
