      Pros

      - Product that is actually making a different in the world; small businesses are having great success with Podiums platform and it's really cool that we get to be a part of that success. - Leadership actually cares about you and your career path. I've had multiple leaders, not just in my organization, invest time and energy in getting me to my next role. Leadership cares about the employees and the business - Fast paced, it's not for everyone but if you enjoy the speed it's an incredible time. - We're in office 5 days a week, but the leadership and office team make it an enjoyable place to be!

      - If you don't enjoy fast paced you can quickly fall behind or feel overwhelmed - not for everyone -

      Working with this company has been a great experience. One of the things I value most is the collaborative environment — everyone brings a strong sense of teamwork and support. I've also seen the company grow and expand its reach, from local to offshore talent, which shows its forward-thinking mindset. A great place to learn, grow, and be part of something exciting.

      Pros

      The people are amazing. When we discuss hard problems and debate solutions it's with humor and grace. The product evolution is exciting and I laugh a lot at work. I truly enjoy the people so much.

      Cons

      The startup environment isn't for everyone. You need to move at lightning speed and be ready to pivot at any moment.
