Fast paced environment isn't for everyone

Current marketing leadership are out of their depth, micromanaging and creating constant fire drills due to a lack of planning, direction, or basic respect for employees’ time. Meetings are regularly canceled last-minute or leadership shows up late and unprepared, then blames the team for missed targets. Leadership lacks any understanding of true modern marketing, yet refuses to listen to the talented people they hired, killing morale and creativity. Toxic blame culture: Instead of enabling teams to do great work, leadership tears people down to protect themselves, leading to constant fear and stress.
