Pros

Overall, a great place to work! Awesome co-workers, fun environment, challenging work, and an incredible company mission. Everyone seems to be pretty much on the same page which really seems to make daily work more meaningful. I've never worked at a company where everyone is so excited to go to work every day, but somehow at Podium, that exact thing happens. Highly recommend.

Cons

The free drinks, snacks, and lunches will sneak up on you, but other than that can't really think of any cons.

Best Job I've Ever Had

Pros

Work is fun every day. We work hard but have a lot of fun together. The work is interesting and I feel like we are making a genuine difference in the world.

Cons

We are growing quickly. If it's not your style to have constant change then this place will stress you out. I think it's a blast.
