Pros

Great team culture but that’s as good as it gets

Cons

Pay is very low, they treat you like a child, they over work and under appreciate you and worst of all they will promise to give you promotion just to take it away. Management has 0 clue what they are doing and the fact that churn of employees is crazy

Pros

Great remuneration if you can keep up, some cool managers, nice office

Cons

Clumsy systems, unreasonable workload expectations, at EOM they push a churn and burn approach to expansion, despite significant retention targets of the AM team.

Pros

-"If" and that is a big "if" you do target, the OTE is very good. - You'll get some good training on the fast close here and how to run an effective meeting if the outcome you're after is just a quick win. -Good drinking culture and good "Surface culture".

Cons

-Too much favourtism. When SDR's set for AE's its supposed to be a round robin system but continually SDR's were setting for certain AE's directly, either because they had closer relationships with those AE's, or Pod Leads were telling them to allocate the meeting to that AE irrespective of who came up on the round robin. -The product looks good on the surface but actually isn't quite as good as you think. For one it's too expensive. Most deal sizes are $500-700pcm, whereas it's probably worth around $250-300pcm. Also the review conversion isn't great, and the chat feature is only good for certain industries. Hence the churn here is through the roof. -Definitely some shady behaviour goes on behind the scenes. It's a win at all costs mentality which means there's a lot of wolves in sheep's clothing lurking around. People who present as nice and ethical will still screw you over behind the scenes. -Too many of the leadership team lack experience outside of Podium.
