      Good Culture, great product, smart management team leading the company to great things

      Cons

      Lack of job security. Lots of layoffs happen without provocation. That's the risk of working for a startup. Company says they are growing and will be adding 400 new jobs in next few years, yet qualified talent is let go on a whim.

      Pros

      Company has raised good amount of money and is spending that money on perks, new building and lots of hiring. The coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Really bad culture, most of the reviews are written by HR or asked employees to post positive reviews. Try looking for number of reviews that say, "too bad that i did not join Podium long time ago". All those are fake reviews. Employees are asked to work long hours, below market salaries and no 401k. Founders think that they have already arrived in Silicon Slopes. Its a Frat house! Dont be fooled by reviews, remember they are a reviews and ratings company. Thats what they sell.
