Everyone hopes to find that organization that has the culture, the people, and the growth opportunities that fit them perfectly. Most people don’t expect to find it 20 minutes from their home much less with one of the fastest growing tech companies around. Podium is an organization where you find yourself surrounded by people smarter than you but those same people are willing to step in and coach, contribute, and drive you to be your best. I think my favorite thing may be one of our values: Delight The Customer. Our focus is on the change our product drives in our customers’ business. We strive to change the way our customers communicate and in turn delight their own customer base. This means our entire organization collaborates to find the right solution for our customers on every level. Every now and then that solution might even involve cake!
