      Freedom to be great

      Pros

      Excellent company. Best job I've ever had. They give you all the freedom in the world to do the things you want to do at work. They embody the entrepreneurs spirit, if you have a good idea to improve a process, not only do they want to hear about it, they often will even let you execute it. I never feel micromanaged and I genuinely enjoy the work that I do.

      Cons

      It's a sink or swim environment.

      Podium has created an incredible environment of intelligent, hard-working, trustworthy people. The company cares about its employees. It is fast-paced and exciting

      Cons

      For me, at least, the entire team is so smart and fast that sometimes it can feel like Podium is out of my league and it can be hard to feel like you're excelling.

      Pros

      Podium is the best company you could ever work for. No one has an ego and everyone wants to see each other succeed. I look forward to work everyday. It is my home away from home. The leadership is amazing and they will do everything they can to help you achieve your goals.

      Cons

      The girls don't have much swag yet, but it is in the works!
