      Pros

      I've been with Podium 2 months now and love it. The company really cares about their employees and puts their interest first. Podium is growing extremely fast and is a great career building opportunity.

      Cons

      Start up so just any regular growing pains, but they cope and adapt quickly.

      Pros

      Best sales org I've been a part of. The VP is straight up, honest and not driven by his ego... A rare thing! Best group of people that uplift each other daily!

      Cons

      Growth can get bring about rapid decisions that you might not always agree with, but they are always open about each one!

      Podium Is Amazing

      Pros

      Podium is a fun, creative, passionate work place. The people here are amazingly talented and we have such an amazing product offering. To be on a team like this is a lottery ticket for somebody's career. There are great benefits and it's rare to find a place like this to call work.

      Cons

      Hard to keep track of all the new hires each week.
