Pros

- Once a month lunch - Cool workplace with high performing individuals - Commission structure is clear and follows through with every deal. - Give you lot of training and can work with managers to unlock your best performance.

Cons

- You're just a number and you feel that way. - Used to have trustworthy relationships with managers, but now they've brought in middle management to micromanage you and watch your every move. They only care about KPI's. - No WFH flexibility at all untill you work your way up to Senior SDR - this is a 6 month sprint at minimum. - Super unhealthy workplace with little to no job security. - People churn out of the company like it's nothing, you'll see a colleague in the morning and by the afternoon they're kicked out.

Pros

Exposure to tech sales Entry level Office and snacks

Cons

Absolutely shocking company. Everybody is just a cog in the machine. My manager left after two weeks. Almost everybody there is completely new. Turnovers are the highest I've ever seen. Got fired after a month, even through targets. When systems weren't working, when asked for help got fired on no notice.
