Pros
Training is easy, fast and efficient Once you are a supervisor, you move up quickly. They always try to make sure you get your normal hours even if your kid is out HR is amazing!
Cons
To much change in management The lack of communication throughout the supervisors and leads is awful. When it comes to annual reviews, you will get it from someone who’s literally never stepped foot in a classroom to observe you.. yet is dictating your income based off of what they gossip about in the office.
