Excellent speech team to work with, great bonus, lots of resources for growth, CEUs, lots of support from staff and service providers, option to transfer to other schools or clinic if you want a change from non-public school setting

Cons

Behavior challenged population can be difficult at times, expensive health benefits, have to wait full year before accruing PTO

Got an online interview pretty quick. Super common questions like behavioral questions and relevant experience. Working there was a lot, but fun and learned a lot.

Got to be active all the time, a lot of time short-staffed.
