Pros

From recruiting, to interviewing, to training, to actually doing the job, the experience at Point has been excellent! It's the first place I have worked in my 10 year career where I can see that everyone is aligned on the same goals and are transparent about the steps they are taking to achieve those goals. Everyone at Point is an incredible person to work with and they all care about each other beyond the functions of the role. This is by far the best place I have ever worked

Cons

I would hardly call these cons, but there is change happening often as Point continues to refine the customer engagement and experience. Point does an excellent job at managing change and mitigating any growing pains.

> Benefits package is competitive > People first culture is evident across the organization > Work environment and the leadership team gives employees a healthy space to thrive and grow their career within the company

Cons

It's not really a con but just noting that the company is geared towards individuals who enjoy working on a fast-paced and agile environment.
